Gates at both ends of the track will be open at 10.00 am.

Please meet upstairs in Leigh Harriers Lounge at the start of the day.

Please bring clothes for all weather conditions.

Note that all car parking on the LSV site is free of charge.

There is a Morrisons on the LSV site if you require food on the day;

otherwise, please bring a packed lunch, drinks, etc for the day.

Where possible, please bring your own Javelins,

but we will have some available if needed.
